At a Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods company, a multi-year communications campaign helped engender a new way to work throughout the organization – becoming more integrated, interdependent and data-driven.

To effect broad organizational change through the launch of an SAP enterprise resource planning system, the ROC Group used a wide array of tools: strategic communications planning, executive interviews, stakeholder analysis and buy-in, internal branding, face-to-face meetings, team training, intranet sites, testimonial videos, manager guides, and a popular poster/collateral campaign.

At times during the project, ROC staff worked embedded with the client team.

This campaign won an IABC Pacific Plains Silver Quill Award of Excellence, Communicator Award and Hermes Creative Award.
