A global media and print company needed to get credible information out quickly to protect its U.S. employees from catching and spreading COVID-19 as the pandemic first began breaking across the country in February 2020.
The challenge was to reach their many frontline employees who do not have access to individual email, while keeping information current during a rapidly changing global health crisis.
Poster and handout templates were easily editable and always date stamped. Materials used CDC information for credibility, but were customized to the company’s corporate benefits brand so employees saw a unified, consistent message from leadership.
